On organization and operation of the Defense Inspectorate

Under this Decree, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the Defense Inspectorate is a state inspectorate systematically organized in the Army, functioning to conduct administrative inspection and specialized inspection within the state management of defense.- (Summary)
