Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 5 in 2003 and 2 in 2005.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding over 50% of their total shares: 6 in 2004 and 5 in 2005.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: 2 in 2004 and 2 in 2005.
Enterprise to be sold or assigned to laborers: 1 in 2004.
To maintain the legal entity of Vietnam Book Distribution Corporation and rename it Vietnam Book Corporation.- (Summary)
