Joint Circular No.50/1998/TTLT/BTC-BKHCNMT of April 15, 1998 guiding the financial management over the source of funds recovered from scientific and technological tasks.

Funds recovered from the scientific and technological tasks of the ministries, branches and localities constitute a source of the State budget revenue which shall be reinvested in scientific and technological activities and managed in accordance with the Law on the State Budget.

This Circular provides specific guidance on the sources to be recovered; the content and levels of recovery; the allocation of recovered funds; the collection and remittance of recovered funds; the allocation of funds from the recovered sources, etc.- (Summary)
