JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding the adjustment of monthly allowances as from October 1, 2006, of commune officials who retired under Decision No. 130-CP of June 20, 1975, of the Government Council, and Decision No. 111-HDBT of October 13, 1981, of the Council of Ministers

This Joint Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annul Joint Circular No. 115/2005/TTLT/BNV-BTC of November 2, 2005, guiding the implementation of Decree No. 119/2005/ND-CP of September 27, 2005.

The provisions of this Joint Circular shall apply as from October 1, 2006.- (Summary)
