This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces Decision No. 76/2001/QD-TTg of May 14, 2001.

The career responsibility allowance regime for law enforcers applies as from October 1, 2004, while that for notaries applies as from the effective date of this Decision.- (Summary)
