This Circular amends and supplements the regime of issuance, management and use of goods sale invoices, issued together with Decision No. 885/1998/QD-BTC of July 16, 1998 of the Minister of Finance. Concretely, it amends and supplements Article 10 (on the procedures for invoice purchase) and Article 22 (on the tax offices� refusal to sell invoices to, or decision to suspend the use of invoices by, organizations and/or individuals violating the regulations on use of invoices).- (Summary)
