INTER-MINISTERIAL CIRCULAR No. 11-LBTT of March 31, 1994 on guidelines for salary raises in 1993 based on Decree No. 25-CP of May 23, 1994 of the Government

- Beneficiaries of salary raises: The government employees and officials working in the Government agencies at different levels, and in the Party and Organizations offices that meet specified requirements and time tenure.

- The salary raise is to take effect retroactively starting January 1, 1994.

The Circular was signed by the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel.- (Summary)
