Fund for the national sports program shall be included in the annual budget of the sports and physical training sector; besides, it can be additionally mobilized from other sources such as economic and social organizations as well as individuals at home and abroad to support the achievements of the program’s targets.

Fund for the national sports program shall be managed according to the Law on State budget and other current documents guiding the financial management, in order to use it efficiently and for the right purpose.

This joint-Circular shall apply to units using fund for the national sports program.- (Summary)
