DECREE No. 23/1999/ND-CP of April 15, 1999 on the regime for armymen and officials who fought on B, C and K battlefields during the anti-US resistance war and do not have to financially support any next of kin; and armymen and officials, who were ordered by the Party to stay behind in the South after the signing of the 1954 Geneva Agreement

The above-said subjects shall enjoy a sum of money calculated on the basis of their working seniority as well as the number of years they fought on the said battlefields.- (Summary)
