With this Directive, the Minister of Posts and Telematics instructs the Vietnam Posts, enterprises providing delivery services, agencies and units under the Ministry, and provincial/municipal Services of Post and Telematics to perform several tasks to promote the role and make fullest use of potential of information technology in order to meet the requirements of development, modernization and international economic integration.- (Summary)
