The Regulation promulgated together with this Decision shall apply to the selection of enterprises to be presented with Vietnam Quality Award as from 2004.

Vietnam Quality Award, including two categories of Vietnam Quality Golden Award and Vietnam Quality Award, shall be annually presented to enterprises recording outstanding achievements in the formulation and application of quality control systems according to the standards of Vietnam Quality Award.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
