Investment capital source from the State budget is still limited, being unable to meet the demand for construction of working offices of ministries, branches and localities in the immediate future. In order to ensure uniformity in the management of construction of working offices and the general requirements on working conditions of the State management agencies, the Prime Minister instructs the ministries, branches and the People�s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities to implement the regulations on construction of working offices as prescribed in this Directive.- (Summary)
