DECISION No. 134/2004/QD-TTg of July 20, 2004 on a number of policies to provide support in terms of production land, residential land, dwelling houses and daily-life water to poor ethnic minority households meeting with difficulties
Entitled to the policies prescribed in this Decision are on-spot ethnic minority households permanently residing in localities, which are poor households that live on agriculture and/or forestry, have no or insufficient production land or residential land, and meet with difficulties in terms of dwelling houses and daily-life water.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling the Prime Minister's Decision No. 154/2002/QD-TTg of November 12, 2002 on policies permitting on-spot ethnic minority households and households entitled to social policies in the Central Highland provinces to purchase on deferred payment dwelling houses.- (Summary)
