DECISION

Establishing the National Forensic Medicine Institute under the Health Ministry

Under this Decision, the National Forensic Medicine Institute is established on the basis of the Central Judicial Medicine Institute under the Health Ministry.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing, annulling Decision No. 11/2001/QD-TTg of January 17, 2001.- (Summary)
