This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces the National Committee for Population and Family Planning's Decision No. 01/2001/QD-UB of February 9, 2001, promulgating the Regulation on initial records and statistical reports on population and the Vietnam Committee for Child Protection and Care's Decision No. 112/1998/QD-BT of July 5, 1998, on the community-based system for collection of information on children.- (Summary)
