Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on lower and upper secondary graduation examinations, promulgated together with the Education and Training Minister’s Decision No. 17/2002/QD-BGDDT of April 5, 2002, which was amended and supplemented by Decisions No. 13/2004/QD-BGDDT of April 28, 2004, No. 06/2005/QD-BGDDT of February 17, 2005, and No. 19/2006/QD-BGDDT of May 11, 2006
