DECISION NoDECISION No. 72/2002/QD-TTg of June 10, 2002 on uniform use of the Vietnamese character code under the standard TCVN 6909:2001 in the electronic information exchange among the Party�s and State�s organizations
As from January 1, 2003, the Vietnamese character code under the standard TCVN 6909:2001 shall be uniformly used in the exchange of information among the Party�s and State�s organizations.
The conversion of the stored database of the above-said organizations into the code TCVN 6909:2001 shall be carried out step by step, depending on the urgency therefor as well as each organization�s service scale, scope and demand.- (Summary)
