In order to well manage the investment and construction in the communications and transport sector, the Ministry of Communications and Transport instructs the agencies and units in the sector to reorganize the works regarding the revision, dissemination and implementation of legal documents on investment and construction management; the evaluation of technical designs; the bidding of projects; the survey and design; and the consultancy and supervision.

The Minister of Communications and Transport assigned the Planning and Investment Department to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the concerned units in elaborating and submitting to the Minister for promulgation the "Regulation on the management of investment and construction projects under the Ministry of Communications and Transport".- (Summary)
