On organizing the enforcement of the Law on Special Amnesty

The Prime Minister requests ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies and provincial-level People’s Committees to perform several tasks in order to encourage persons sentenced to imprisonment to show repentance and actively participate in study and labor activities in order to be eligible for the State’s leniency.- (Summary)
