Promulgated together with this Decision is the list of 157 communes in 21 provinces and centrally-run cities, which are given support for investment in essential infrastructures under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 257/2003/QD-TTg of December 3, 2003 on support for investment in the construction of essential infrastructures of communes in coastal spits and islands, which meet with exceptional difficulties.

Investment mechanisms and investment capital support levels for such communes shall comply with investment mechanisms and support levels for mountainous, deep-lying and remote communes which meet with exceptional difficulties prescribed in the Prime Minister's Decision No. 135/1998/QD-TTg of July 31, 1998.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
