This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Education and Training Minister’s Decision No. 07/2005/QD-BGDDT of March 4, 2005, Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BGDDT of February 21, 2006, and Decision No. 04/2007/QD-BGDDT of February 22, 2007.- (Summary)
