This Decision stipulates the use of cars by administrative and public-service agencies and State enterprises in service of the public activities of professors, who are recognized by the Vietnamese State and meet one of the following criteria: being awarded Ho Chi Minh Prize by the State; or being conferred the "Labor Hero" or "Hero of People�s Armed Forces" title by the State.- (Summary)
