CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing the Trade Ministry's Circular no. 04/2005/TT-BTM of march 24, 2005, adjusting the 2005 list of import goods subject to tariff quotas
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg of May 9, 2003, on the application on tariff quotas to goods imported into Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 46/2005/QD-TTg of March 3, 2005, adjusting the list of import goods subject to tariff quotas;
After reaching agreement with the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Finance,
The Ministry of Trade hereby amends and supplements its Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BTM of March 24, 2005, adjusting the 2005 list of import goods subject to tariff quotas, as follows:
1. To adjust the 2005 tariff quota for raw material tobacco, specified in Section I of Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BTM of March 24, 2005, as follows:

2. Other contents of the Trade Ministry's Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BTM of March 24, 2005, shall remain effective.
