To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on national defense education subject, which provides for the teaching and learning of national defense education subject.

National defense education is included into the contents of the national education, constituting basic contents in building the entire-people�s national defense, which is of important significance for the strategy on training new human resources in service of the cause of national industrialization and modernization and socialist construction.

National defense education is a curricular subject in general education schools, intermediate vocational schools, colleges, and universities of the national education system.- (Summary)
