Under this Directive, the Prime Minister instructs some relevant ministries, provincial/municipal People's Committees as well as organizations and individuals engaged in inter-provincial passenger transportation by car to perform some specific tasks and coordinate their activities in order to speedily restore order and enhance the State management effectiveness in the domain of inter-provincial passenger transportation by car.- (Summary)
