RESOLUTION
On the Government's August 2005 regular meeting
On August 30 and 31, the Government held its August regular meeting, where it heard and discussed:
- The Government's tentative law- and ordinance-making program for 2006, presented by the Minister of Justice;
- The draft of the Government's program of action for the implementation of Resolution No. 47/NQ-TW of March 22, 2005, of the Political Bureau, on the continued implementation of population and family planning policies, presented by the Minister-Director of the Committee for Population, Family and Children;
- The Bill on Registration of Real Estates; the Bill on Lawyers and the draft Judgment Enforcement Code, presented by the Minister of Justice;
- The draft Ordinance on Settlement of Strikes, presented by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
- A report on the formulation and promulgation of a decree guiding the implementation of Law on Emulation and Commendation, presented by the head of the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee;
- The draft of the program on socio-economic development in special difficulty-hit communes in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the 2006-2010 period (Program 135, phase II), presented by the Minister-Director of the Committee for Nationalities;
- The draft of the national target program on poverty eradication in the 2006-2010 period, presented by Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
- A report on production, import-export and investment activities in August and socio-economic situation in the first eight months of 2005, presented by the Minister of Planning and Investment; and a report on domestic market, import-export activities in August and forecasts for September, presented by the Minister of Trade.- (Summary)
