DECISION No. 158/2004/QD-TTg of August 31, 2004 on continuing the experimental assignment of the 2004 payroll and operation funding packages to the General Department of Customs under the Finance Ministry
This Decision annuls Clause 2, Article 4 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 159/2003/QD-TTg of August 4, 2003.
It also adjusts the minimum salary of public employees of the General Department of Customs as follows:
- No more than 2.5 times higher than the State-prescribed minimum salary from January 1 to June 30, 2004;
- No more than 1.8 times higher than the State-prescribed minimum salary from July 1 to December 31, 2004.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Sumamry)
