DECISION NoDECISION No. 17/2004/QD-BNN of May 14, 2004 promulgating the lists of veterinary drugs which are permitted for production, export, re-packing, import, circulation and use, or restricted from use, in Vietnam
Promulgated together with this Decision are the following 4 lists:
- The list of veterinary drugs which are permitted for production, export and re-packing;
- The list of veterinary drugs and veterinary drug raw-materials which are permitted for import;
- The list of veterinary drugs and veterinary drug raw-materials which are restricted from use; and
- The list of veterinary drugs which are permitted for circulation to the end of December 31, 2005.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling the lists of veterinary drugs promulgated together with Decision No. 60/2003/QD-BNN of May 6, 2003.- (Summary)
