On sanctioning of administrative violations in the judicial domain

This Decree provides for acts of administrative violation; sanctioning forms and levels, competence and procedures for sanctioning administrative violations in the execution of civil judgments, notarization, authentication, civil status, nationality, judicial records, judicial expertise, registration of security transactions, financial leasing contracts, law practice, legal consultancy, property auction, commercial arbitration, law dissemination and education, legal aid, and child adoption.

It shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling Articles 9 and 14, Chapter II of Decree No. 87/2001/ND-CP of November 21, 2001; Articles 20, 21, 22 and 23, Chapter V of Decree No. 65/2003/ND-CP of June 11, 2003; Articles 51, 52, 53 and 54, Chapter VI of Decree No. 87/2003/ND-CP of July 22, 2003; and Articles 32, 33 and 34, Chapter V of Decree No. 173/2004/ND-CP of September 30, 2004.- (Summary)
