Promulgating the Regulation on consideration and recognition of lower secondary education graduation

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” The Regulation on graduation examinations for lower secondary education and upper secondary education, issued together with the Education and Training Minister’s Decision No. 17/2002/QD-BGDDT of April 5, 2002, is hereby annulled.- (Summary)
