Subjects governed by this Joint Circular are ranger officials and employees, who are included in the payrolls of Forest Ranger Sub-Departments or Forest Ranger Bureaus of rural districts, towns and provincial cities, and assigned to work regularly in communes, wards or townships under decisions of the directors of the provincial/municipal Forest Ranger Sub-Departments.
This Joint Circular provides detailed guidance on allowance levels and modes of allowance payment to the above-mentioned subjects.- (Summary)
