On applying several measures to prevent flood in coastal Central Vietnam localities

With this Directive, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development requests the presidents of the People’s Committees of coastal Central Vietnam provinces to perform several tasks in order to prevent flood and minimize losses caused by flood.- (Summary)
