Issued together with this Decision is the Regulation on consideration for conferment of the "For the Vietnamese Banking Service" Medal

The "For the Vietnam Banking Service" Medal is a commendation form to be awarded by the State Bank Governor to acknowledge the contributions of individuals inside and outside the banking service, who have recorded achievements in the cause of building and developing the banking service.

Subjects to be considered for conferment of the Medal include:

- Officials, employees and laborers who have worked or are working in the banking service.

- People outside the banking service, including overseas Vietnamese and foreigners in Vietnam, who have made direct, practical and concrete contributions to banking activities.

This Medal shall be considered for conferment on each individual only once and awarded annually on the occasion of the banking service’s anniversary (May 6).- (Summary)
