DECISION
Promulgating the Regulation on auction of land use rights for land assignment with the collection of land use levies or for land lease
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the November 26, 2003 Land Law;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 181/2004/ND-CP of October 29, 2004, on implementa-tion of the Land Law;
At the proposal of the Finance Minister,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Regulation on auction of land use rights for land assignment with the collection of land use levies or for land lease.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO." The previous regulations contrary to this Decision shall all be annulled.
Article 3.- Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies, and presidents of provincial/municipal People's Committees shall have to implement this Decision.
