DIRECTIVE

On preventing onshore and offshore fishing activities with ships of high-powered engines and illegal aquatic-resource exploitation activities

With this Directive, the Minister of Fisheries instructs departments and units under the Ministry, provincial/municipal Fisheries Services, provincial/municipal Agriculture and Rural Development Services managing aquatic resources, and provincial/municipal Sub-Departments for Protection of Aquatic Resources to perform several tasks in order to prevent onshore and offshore fishing activities with ships of high-powered engines and other illegal aquatic-resource exploitation activities.- (Summary)
