Entitled to the work-trip allowances are officials of the commune-level Party organizations, administrations and such mass organizations as the Fatherland Front, the Women�s Union, the Peasants� Association, the War Veterans� Association and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as well as the specialized personnel of these organizations, who are sent on working trips.
