Guiding heath checks for performance of the military service
This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circular No. 13/TTLB of October 13, 1992, Joint Circular No. 14/TTLB of December 4, 1993, and Joint Circular No. 12/TTLB of October 20, 1997, of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Defense.- (Summary)
