DECISION
Promulgating the Regulation on the use of cards for self-inspection of the observance of labor law
The Regulation promulgated together with this Decision applies to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; directors and inspectorates of provincial/municipal Services of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; state labor inspectors; and labor users.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
