On further stepping up assistance for development of small- and medium-sized enterprises

With this Directive, the Prime Minister instructs ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies, presidents of provincial/municipal People’s Committees, concerned ministries, the Central Council of Vietnam Union of Cooperatives, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and enterprise associations to perform several tasks in order to create positive changes in implementing policies, developing, and contributing to raising the competitiveness of, small- and medium-sized enterprises.- (Summary)
