CIRCULAR No. 05/2004/TT-NHNN of September 15, 2004 guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Government’s Decree No. 159/2003/ND-CP of December 10, 2003 on the supply and use of checks

This Circular applies to checks provided by payment service-providing organizations operating on the Vietnamese territory and used inside or outside the Vietnamese territory.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Circular No. 07-TT/NH1 of December 27, 1996.- (Summary)
