DECREE No. 14/2005/ND-CP of February 4, 2005 on sanctions against administrative violations in the statistics domain

This Decree provides for administrative violations in the statistics domain, sanctioning forms, levels, competence and procedures, and remedial measures.

Under this Decree, administrative violations in the statistics domain shall be fined as follows:

- For violations of regulations on statistical surveys: between VND 50,000 and VND 20,000,000;

- For violations of regulations on statistical reports: between VND 50,000 and VND 7,000,000;

- For violations of regulations on disclosure and use of statistical information: between VND 500,000 and VND 10,000,000;

- For violations of regulations on archival of statistical documents: between VND 50,000 and 5,000,000;

- For violations of regulations on statistical examination and inspection: between VND 50,000 and 5,000,000.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government’s Decree No. 93/1999/ND-CP of September 7, 1999.- (Summary)
