To dissolve the Central Committee for Enterprise Management Renewal.

To establish the Steering Committee for Enterprises Renewal and Development which is composed of a Deputy Prime Minister as its Chairman. The chairman shall be assisted by a standing vice chairman. Members of the Steering Committee shall be representatives of the leaderships of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Government�s Commission for Organization and Personnel. The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development shall have an assisting body in the Government�s Office.- (Summary)
