This Decision approves the Program on modeling of application and transfer of sciences and technologies in service of socio-economic development in rural and mountainous areas from now till 2010, specifying its general and specific objectives (till 2007 and 2010), projects on modeling the scientific and technological application and transfer, and measures for its execution.
