- State corporations: 11 corporations have their legal person status unchanged and 5 corporations shall be transformed to experimentally operate after the parent company-affiliate company model.

- State enterprises under the Ministry:

State enterprises whose legal person status remains unchanged: 62 public-utility enterprises and 3 business enterprises; 3 enterprises shall be transformed to experimentally operate after the parent company-affiliate company model; and 3 enterprises being schools or institutes.

Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their total shares: 2.

Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: 11.

To be established: 15 public-utility enterprises.

Reorganization roadmap: 34 enterprises shall be equitized and 2 enterprises shall be merged in 2003; 31 and 40 enterprises shall be equitized in 2004 and 2005 respectively.- (Summary)
