DIRECTIVE No. 48/2004/CT-TTg of December 24, 2004 on the celebration of the year of the Rooster 2005
With this Directive, the Prime Minister requests ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies and presidents of provincial/municipal People’s Committees to organize the New Year celebrations in a cheerful, safe, healthy and thrifty manner.- (Summary)
