DIRECTIVE No.267-TTg of April 24, 1997 on enhancing responsibilities for the implementation of the Ordinance on the protection of the State�s secrets in the new situation.

The Prime Minister instructs the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government and the Presidents of the People�s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to organize the preliminary review of the five-year implementation of the Ordinance on the protection of the State�s secrets which shall serve as basis for agencies and units to work out detailed plans and feasibility measures to efficiently continue the implementation of this Ordinance.- (Summary)
