DECISION No.142-TTg of March 10, 1997 of the Prime Minister to set up the Scientific and Cadre Training Center attached to the State Audit.

The Center is a non-business unit with legal person status, its own seal and bank accounts and operating fund allocated by the State Bank. The Center has the task of studying auditing science and scientific auditing information, organizing training and fostering courses for State auditors and performing other tasks assigned by the General State Audit.- (Summary)
