Under this Decision, which takes effect after its signing, the Working Group is set up to monitor, support, create conditions for, and efficiently supervise, the implementation of the overall scheme on development of Phu Quoc island, Kien Giang province till 2010 with the vision towards 2020, coordinate development activities between ministries, branches, Kien Giang province, Ho Chi Minh city, and relevant localities in the development of Phu Quoc island.- (Summary)
