The Working Team for the implementation of the Convention on banning the development, production, storage and use of and on destroying, chemical weapons shall be composed of a Vice Minister of Industry as its head.

The Working Team shall be tasked to:

- Assist the Prime Minister in directing the concerned ministries, branches and localities in implementing the Convention;

- Formulate and coordinate the programs and plans on the enforcement of the Convention;

- Supervise the course of implementation; sum up reports on the implementation of the Convention and submit them to the Prime Minister for approval before they are officially sent to the Convention Organization;

- Study and propose the compilation of legal documents to prescribe or guide the implementation of the Convention and submit them to the competent State agencies for consideration and decision.

The Working Team shall have its standing office located at the Ministry of Industry and be allowed to use the Industry Ministry�s seal.- (Summary)
