Guiding the elaboration and assignment of plans and financial management of the provision of public-utility services for maritime safety assurance

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circular No. 56/1998/TTLT-BTC-GTVT of April 23, 1998, of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport, guiding the financial management regime applicable to state enterprises providing public-utility services in the maritime safety domain.- (Summary)
